Diana Morales is the founder and principal of DMC Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in public affairs, strategic communications, and community engagement. With over a decade of experience working at the intersection of government, nonprofits, and advocacy, Diana partners with mission-driven organizations to design and implement strategies that drive meaningful, lasting change.
Her work spans environmental justice, arts and culture, water infrastructure, and equity-focused policy, always rooted in a commitment to community voice and impact. Prior to launching DMC Strategies, Diana served as District Director in the California State Assembly, where she led regional policy initiatives and built trusted relationships across communities and all levels of government. She is recognized for her in-depth local knowledge, collaborative approach, and ability to transform complex goals into actionable plans.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from California State University, Fullerton, and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Southern California.
